The results of this project provided new skirting around applicable facilities. To prepare, brush and debris had to be removed as well as removing protruding floor joists ends. ACT had to install a concrete foundation footer along the perimeter so as not to impede drainage, remove existing soil and furnish select fill dirt leveled to desired elevations to construct an under facility access control skirting.
