This design-build USACE contract located at Eglin AFB, FL required ACT to renovate the TMO Cargo Processing Facility Building 613 and Security Forces Facility Building 272. The renovations are extensive throughout both project locations, requiring upgrades to HVAC mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, concrete along with other trades.


Crews are preparing for the demolition of an existing canopy cover to allow for new building addition to be constructed.	Placement of exterior sheeting on new building addition to Building 272.


Placement of new standing seam metal roof on the newly constructed Guard Mount Building 274 at Security Forces.	Loading materials for the new roofing system for the building additions at Security Forces Building 272.


Interior demolition of existing office area to allow for the expansion of the warehouse facility within Building 613.	Crews are raising and re-securing a fiber optic duct/cable within the recetly demolished office area to allow for warehouse expansion at Building 613.
