The scope of work required A.C.T. to mobilize marine equipment and install 22,000 tons of 30lb rip rap in a scour hole North of the Lock. Once complete, ACT dewatered the structure and provided engineering inspection.  ACT performed structural, mechanical, electrical, and painting repairs to the lock system.
