The work consists of constructing a new pre-engineered training building, driving precast concrete piles, installing pier superstructure, moorings, fenders, pier appurtenances, installing utilities such as storm drainage, fire protection, mechanical, electrical. Additional marine construction includes demolishing an existing pier and a portion of an existing wharf, repairing the remainder of the existing wharf and installing a replacement bulkhead.
