The alterations to Building 298 provided an 8,272 joint use facility. The alterations to Building 298 facility consisted of alterations and upgrades of the one story portion of the East end of Building 298 and alterations to the first two high bays adjacent to this area to convert this to administrative office space.  A utility mezzanine was included in this space.  The remainder of the existing maintenance bays was renovated to serve as maintenance and storage space included an office mezzanine area to support the daily functions of CPB Maintenance.  The CPB Marine Operations area shall be ADA compliant, heated and conditioned.
