Provide labor and equipment for selective demolition of interior construction in existing building. Abatement of asbestos containing materials, lead based paint, and light ballasts with mercury and PCBs is required prior to general interior demolition and gut. With the exception of existing interior stairs, all building system components including plumbing HVAC, electrical, fire protection alarms and sprinklers will be removed in their entirety to only leave the building structure, floor slabs, exterior walls and roof.
