Project consists of providing electrical renovations to Building 101, Bay-3 vault conversion to electrical room, Bay-1 Service revision, divesture of the 4.16kV primary power system feeding Building 101, removing insect damaged wood poles and replacing aged electrical panels.  ACT will also renovate a large non-functional, aged gang toilet/shower facility located on the second floor of Building 110, Bay-5, into a single male and female shower/toilet and two small offices.
