This is a negotiated sole source contract to furnish and install a 30'x80' pre-engineered steel building, including a mezzanine and a dry sprinkler system. The project also included demolition of existing asphalt and concrete drives, relocation of an HVAC chiller, new concrete drives, underground storm drainage and a waterline and all electrical and security requirements.
