This Sole Source negotiated project's purporse was to fire caulk and seal approximately 1000 penetrations in the floors and walls of the Naval Hospital at Pensacola, Florida.  The work was accomplished during the hospital's normal operating hours.  Extreme care was required in the operating spaces and the intensive care unit.
