Modifications to the Modify Room 306 in Building 603 (3rd floor of a four story warehouse) at NAS Pensacola into a secure access facility for the Department of Homeland Security. Work included modification of offices and finishes as well as secure communication networks, HVAC and fire protection, and building a metal screen wall for multiple TV monitors and the purchase and installation of a furniture and fixture package.

	Fiber optic service drops for the secured and non-secured network, voice/data and cable TV.


Removal of existing wall panels and adhesive that was attached to an existing CMU wall.	Sheetrock placement on a newly constructed wall within a hallway that was adjacent to the room/suite being modifiied.


Wall construction for a new wall that is being constructed to enclose/secure the existing electrical panels.	Rough-in of electrical and communications conduits in an existing CMU wall.
