This was a negotiated Sole Source contract to build a new elevator tower addition to building 484 at NSA Panama City, FL and furnish and install a new elevator. The location was in an interior patio area that was inaccessible with equipment and most of the work was done by hand. The work required included excavation, helical piles, structural concrete, concrete block masonry, elevator installation, steel framing, stucco and standing seam roofing.
