Remove and replace the existing pool deck, automate and update the existing pool's chlorination system; replace pool circulation plumbing, refinish and sandblast the existing pool house floors to improve slip resistance, renovate the interior and exterior of the existing pool house and mechanical rooms; Remove and replace existing fence with new PVC coated fence, and paint exterior of all accessory buildings.
