This was a project to design and build a 5,000 sf addition to an engine testing facility. The scope included demolition and replacement of chain link fence, fiber optic communication lines and drainage facilities. The test pad was to be a 5,000 sf reinforced concrete structure with a crushed stone base. Also included was a fuel containment sump.
